This workshop organized as part of a collaboration with Food Moxie and Ruth Bennett Community Farm.
Ruth Bennett Community Farm, a project managed by the Chester Housing Authority, is a two-acre educational farm and environmental education center located at the Ruth Bennett Homes in Chester, PA. In addition to growing cut-flowers, we are dedicated to improving access to nutrient-dense foods at affordable prices to residents in Chester. We also provide opportunities for youth and adults to participate in health and wellness activities, job-readiness and beginning farmer training. We seek to promote a thriving and diverse ecosystem for community members to enjoy.
