Buffalo Style |
- 1/2 lb brussel sprouts, stems trimmed and cut in half
- ¼ cup Buffalo Sauce, plus more for serving
- ½ package Feta Cheese Crumbles
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, taste

Garlic Parmesan |
- 1/2 lb brussel sprouts, stems trimmed and cut in half
- ½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, taste

Maple Roasted |
- ½ lb brussel sprouts, stems trimmed and cut in half
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- ½ Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Mix each of the sauces in a large bowl of its own
- Toss ½ lb of brussel sprouts in each sauce
- Put each type of brussel sprout on their own tray and roast until crispy, about 25 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
